This article mainly introduces the basic working principle of GPS-RTK measurement and its application in land acquisition measurement in mining tailings storage areas.Through the application of land acquisition measurement,it has improved work efficiency,facilitated the retrieval of drawings,reduced conflicts and disputes,and controlled investment costs,which is of great practical significance.Compared with traditional measurement methods such as tape measure and total station,GPS-RTK technology has significant advantages and has broad application prospects in future topographic map and construction surveying.
