试验采用新工艺处理矿萃废水,将废水变成产品,减轻污水处理压力,并介绍了矿萃废水中和处理的工艺流程,采用氢氧化钙为原料,分次加入矿萃废水,经搅拌,产出硫酸钙等钙盐.重点分析了各种因素对产出钙盐形状和pH的影响,从而确定出合适的废液加入量、搅拌时间和废液加入速率.
Study on Neutralization Treatment of Tantalum-niobium Hydrometallurgical Extraction Waste water
A new technology was used to treat mineral extraction wastewater,which turned the wastewater into products,and reducd the pressure of wastewater treatment.The process flow of neutralization treatment of mine extraction wastewater was introduced.Calcium hydroxide was used as raw material,and calcium salts such as calcium sulfate were added into mine extraction wastewater and stirred to produce calcium salts.The influence of various factors on the shape and pH of calcium salt was analyzed,so as to determine the more optimized process conditions.
