文章研究了用ICP-AES同时测定粗银中杂质元素的方法.试料用硝酸、过氧化氢分解,酒石酸做掩蔽剂,确定了合适的分析线和最优的仪器分析条件,2.5 mg/mL及以下的银基体不干扰测定;杂质元素的检出限为0.002~0.013μg/mL;RSD(n=7)为0.4%~9.1%,加标回收率为95%~108%,可直接测定粗银中含量大于0.001 0%的铜、铋、锑、铅、铁、硒、碲和钯.
Direct Determination of Copper,Bismuth,Antimony,Lead,Iron,Selenium,Tellurium and Palladium in Rough Silverby ICP-AES Method
In this paper,the method of simultaneous determination of impurity elements in crude silver by ICP-AES was studied.The sample was decomposed with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,and tartaric acid is used as a masking agent.The appropriate analysis line and optimal instrument analysis conditions were determined,and silver matrix with a concentration of 2.5 mg/mL and below did not interfere with the determination.The detection limit of impurity elements were 0.002~0.013 μg/mL.The RSD(n=7)is 0.50%~9.4%,and the recovery rate is 95%~108%.It can directly determine copper,bismuth,antimony,lead,iron,selenium,tellurium,and palladium in crude silver with a content greater than 0.001 0%.
