镍铁锰三元素氢氧化物中镍铁锰含量的测定

结合仪器分析和化学分析两种测试方法定量分析钠电三元前驱体NFM(111)中镍、铁、锰主元素的含量.首先,采用EDTA反滴定法对NFM(111)中镍、铁、锰元素的摩尔总量进行测定,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)标准曲线法对各元素的摩尔比例进行测定,再经计算即得到各元素在NFM(111)中的准确含量.精密度与加标回收试验结果表明该方法具有很高的准确度,其加标回收率为100.11%~101.19%,相对标准偏差小于0.60%.经过科学的试验评价,该测试方法准确且快速,可在实际的检测工作中应用.
Determination of Ni,Fe and Mn Contents in Ni,Fe and Mn Tribasic Hydroxides
The contents of Ni,Fe and Mn in NFM(111)were quantitatively analyzed by instrumental analysis and chemical analysis.Firstly,the total amount of nickel,iron and manganese in NFM(111)were determined by EDTA reverse titration,and the molar ratio of each element was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),and then the accurate content of each element in NFM(111)was calculated.The results of the precision and spiked recovery experiments showed that the method has high accuracy,and its spiked recoveries were from 100.11%to 101.19%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 0.60%.After scientific experimental evaluation,the method is accurate and rapid,and can be applied in practical testing work.
