摘要

为了准确分析铜渣精矿中铁的含量,本方法用盐酸、硝酸溶解铜渣精矿样品,加溴除硫,用重铬酸钾标准滴定标液来准确测定含铁物料中铁的含量.文章对样品溶解温度、硫酸的加入量、样品的蒸干程度、硫酸铜的加入量、硼氢化钾还原至溶液颜色深浅等逐一进行试验,取得了较好的试验结果.该方法适用于铜渣精矿中铁的准确分析.测定结果稳定性和准确性好,测定范围为0.5%以上.

Abstract

In order to accurately analyze the iron content in copper slag concentrate,this method uses hydrochloric acid and nitric acid to dissolve the copper slag concentrate samples,add bromine to remove sulfur,and uses potassium dichromate standard titration standard solution to accurately determine the iron content in iron-containing materials.In this paper,the dissolution temperature of the sample,the addition of sulfuric acid,the degree of evaporation of the sample,the addition of copper sulfate and the reduction of potassium borohydride to the color of the solution were tested one by one,and good experimental results were obtained.This method is suitable for accurate analysis of iron in copper slag concentrate.The stability and accuracy of the determination results are good,and the determination range is above 0.5%.
