Apply of Assay Furnace Fusion method in the Process of Raw Material Sample Preparation of Crude Miscellaneous Copper Ingot
By comparing the samples prepared by melting method and direct grindingmethod for coarse copper ingots with different grade contents,including the difference of processing particle size quality and the influence on the results of laboratory analysis.Through the comparison test,a more suitable test method is developed for the inspection of crude copper with different specifications and different grade contents,and qualified samples are provided for the test to adapt to the current situation of complex raw materials purchased by the factory.At the same time,it provides data support and reduces controversy for the application of the melting method of the fire assay furnace in the preparation of crude copper ingot raw material samples.
