Objective To conduct hearing monitoring of noise workers in Anyang city, analyze the current status of average binaural high-frequency hearing thresholds of noise workers and their influencing factors, and provide a basis for the prevention and control of occupational noise deafness. Methods The occupational health examination data of workers engaged in noise-related work in Anyang City in 2022 were collected by using the Occupational Disease and Health Hazards Surveillance Information System, and the data were statistically analyzed by using the IBM SPSS 21.0 software as a method. Results Among 13,591 noise workers, the abnormal rate was 6.65%.The detection rate of high-frequency average hearing threshold abnormality among different gender, age, length of service, enterprise size, economic type and industry category showed significant different(P<0.01).The proportion of females(0.93%)was lower than that of males(8.21%);the proportion of large enterprises(11.16%)was higher compared to other sizes of enterprises;and the proportion of foreign-invested enterprises(13.51%)and domestically-funded enterprises(6.50%)was higher than that of other enterprises.Concentration was clearly more pronounced in mining(10.29%)and transportation, storage and postal services(10.22%)than in other areas. Conclusion The detection rate of binaural high-frequency hearing valve abnormality of noise workers in Anyang City is generally low,but the enterprise should still enhance the understanding of the harm of noise, strengthen the occupational health training of workers, improve self-prevention awareness, pay attention to noise protection, and reduce the harm of noise damage from the root.
