从"邪哭"探讨《金匮要略》的魂魄理论

摘要
《金匮要略》魂魄理论继承了《黄帝内经》的"魂魄"观点,认为气血是魂魄发挥正常功能的物质基础,精神是维系魂魄安位的重要因素,气血—魂魄—精神,层层递进,共同构成了人体的神志机能.心之气血衰少、心神失养,加之痰、浊、火等邪气的侵扰,致魂魄不安,进而发为"邪哭"."邪哭"为气血虚滞证,以气血亏虚为本,痰、浊、火等实邪为标,治疗应在补气血、养心神、安魂魄的基础上,根据标实的不同,随证治之.方药可选《金匮要略》的甘麦大枣汤、百合地黄汤、《济生方》的远志丸、《证治准绳》的养心汤等,根据证候偏重不同加减应用.
Abstract
In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,the theory of ethereal soul and corporeal soul inherits the"ethereal soul and corporeal soul"viewpoint of Huangdi Internal Classic.Qi and blood are the material basis for the ethereal soul and corporeal soul to play its nor-mal function,and spirit is an important factor for maintaining ethereal soul and corporeal soul.Qi and blood,ethereal soul and corporeal soul and spirit,progressively constitute the mental function of the human body.The basic pathogenesis of the ethereal soul and corporeal soul is the deficiency of qi and blood of the heart,the loss of nutrients of heart spirit,and the invasion of phlegm,turbidity,fire and other pathogens,which leads to"pathogenic cry"."Pathogenic cry"is a syndrome of qi and blood deficiency and stagnation,with qi and blood deficiency as the root cause,phlegm,turbidity and fire,etc.as the manifestations.The treatment should be based on replenishing qi and blood,nourishing the heart spirit,and calming the ethereal soul and corporeal soul,focusing on different syndromes according to different causes and manifestations.Licorice and Wheat and Jujube Decoction,and Bulbus Lilii and Rehmannia Decoction in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,Radix Polygalae Pill in Formulas to Aid the Living,and Heart-Nourishing Decoction in Standards for Diagnosis and Treatment can all be flexibly adopted according to exact syndromes.
