Clinical Study on Acupuncture for Regulating the Mind and Replenishing Qi and Dredging Yang in the Treatment of Chronic Stable Angina
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for regulating the mind and replenishing qi and dredging yang on chronic stable angina.Methods:A total of 84 patients with chronic stable angina were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The treatment group was given acupuncture for regula-ting the mind and replenishing qi and dredging yang,while the control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment.The changes inTCM syndrome scores and angina symptom scores before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and angina symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group's above scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.85%,while that of the control group was 76.19%;the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of angina symptoms,the effective rate of the treatment group was 95.23%,while that of the control group was 78.57%;the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of acupuncture for regulating the mind and replenishing qi and dredging yang in the treatment of chronic stable angina is obvious,which can improve the TCM syndromes and angina symptoms of patients.
