The fundamental cause of spastic limb dysfunction after stroke is the imbalance of yin and yang,and tendon and vessel malnu-trition is the central link,which is most closely related to the liver and kidney.Western medicine believes that the enhanced activity of the α-γ loop is the core mechanism of spastic limb dysfunction after stroke,and the imbalance of excitatory transmitter and inhibitory transmitter levels is another pathway of spastic limb dysfunction after stroke.The therapy of"acupuncture at four points on the head"proposed by Director Zhou Zhijie selects Baihui(DU 20),Shangxing(DU 23),the third point(1.5 cun apart from the midpoint of the connection line between Baihui and Shangxing),and the fourth point(3 cun apart from the midpoint of the connection line between Baihui and Shangxing).The four points are used together to wake up the brain,clear the mind,promote the flow of qi and blood,and lu-bricate the tendons and veins,which contributes to reducing the abnormal increase of muscle tension after stroke.Director Zhou believes that in the treatment of diseases,the enthusiasm of patients should be mobilized,doctor-patient cooperation and the combination of treat-ment and exercise should be combined.According to the specific situation of each patient,a supporting exercise program should be for-mulated as guidance to carry out regular rehabilitation exercise as soon as possible.It is necessary to promote doctor-patient communica-tion,and facilitate the physical and mental treatment of patients,so that the patient's body can return to the ideal state faster and better.
