Clinical Study on Pancreatitis-Clearing Decoction in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Pancreatitis-Clearing Decoction on severe acute pancreatitis and its influence on the levels of motilin and gastrin.Methods:A total of 66 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the digital random table method,with 33 cases in each group.Both groups were given conven-tional treatment,then the conventional group was additionally given intravenous infusion of alanyl glutamine and octreotide acetate for injection,while the experimental group was further given Pancreatitis-Clearing Decoction.The relief of symptoms and signs,and changes in TCM syndrome scores,serum related factors,inflammatory indexes[including interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],intestinal mucosal function indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The relief time of symptoms and signs in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the syn-drome integrals of abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,irritability,constipation and other TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the serum motilin level in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,while gastrin,blood amylase,endotoxin and other indexes were lower than those before treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the IL-6,TNF-α and various intestinal mucosal function indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pancreatitis-Clearing Decoc-tion in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can shorten the relief time of symptoms and signs,effectively improve the levels of moti-lin and gastrin,protect the intestinal mucosal function,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
