The Influence of Yin-Nourishing and Yang-Subduing Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Pressing on Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Patients with Hypertension
Objective:To observe the influence of Yin-Nourishing and Yang-Subduing Decoction combined with auricular point pressing on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertension. Methods:A total of 90 patients with hypertension were divided into the routine group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The routine group was given auricular point pressing treatment, while the study group was given Yin-Nourishing and Yang-Subduing Decoction on the basis of the routine group. The changes of 24-h blood pressure before and after treatment were monitored in the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions and the changes in aorta(AO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),E peak,A peak,E/A,coagulation factor Ⅷ,antithrombin Ⅲ,tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA)and other indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the blood pressure indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the blood pressure indexes of the study group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05);the AO,LVEF,E peak,A peak and E/A of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the above indexes of the study group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05);the coagulation and fibrinolysis system indexes of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the a-bove indexes of the study group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yin-Nourishing and Yang-Subduing Decoction combined with auricular point pressing has definite curative effect on hypertension, which can reduce blood pressure, improve indexes of coagulation and fibrinolysis system and left ventricular diastolic function, and has fewer adverse reactions.
