摘要
细胞焦亡是近些年发现的一种新型的细胞死亡方式,与多种系统疾病的发生发展有着密切关系,如呼吸系统、神经系统、免疫系统、心脑血管系统及内分泌系统等.目前,关于细胞焦亡的研究多集中于动脉粥样硬化、肿瘤、酒精性脂肪性肝病和梗阻性肾病等,而围绕子宫内膜异位症开展的关于细胞焦亡研究较少,尤其是通过诱导细胞焦亡防治子宫内膜异位症方面,但也有部分研究已经证实,细胞焦亡与子宫内膜异位症炎症反应及子宫内膜迁移关系密切,化瘀解毒类中药如赤芍、丹参、金银花、血竭、莪术等则具有抗感染和抑制子宫内膜细胞迁移的作用.因此,化瘀解毒类中药是否通过基于细胞焦亡而发挥上述作用,最终达到治疗子宫内膜异位症的目的,将会成为今后新的研究方向,以便更深层次、更广维度的基于细胞焦亡角度探讨中医防治子宫内膜异位症的作用机制,将中医学与现代医学完美结合,为临床防治子宫内膜异位症提供理论依据.
Abstract
Pyroptosis is a new type of cell death discovered in recent years,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of systemic diseases,such as respiratory system,nervous system,immune system,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system and endocrine system,etc.At present,most studies on pyroptosis focus on atherosclerosis,tumor,alcoholic fatty liver disease and ob-structive kidney disease,etc.,while few studies on endometriosis have been carried out,especially in the prevention and treatment of en-dometriosis by inducing pyroptosis.However,some studies have confirmed that pyrosis is closely related to endometriosis inflammation and endometrial migration.Chinese medicines such as Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Danshen(Radix Codonopsis),Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae),Xuejie(Sanguis Draconis),Ezhu(Rhizoma Curcumae),etc.have anti-infection and anti-endometrial cell migra-tion effects.Therefore,whether Chinese medicines for removing blood stasis and detoxification play the above role based on pyroptosis and ultimately achieve the purpose of treating endometriosis will become a new research direction in the future,so as to explore the mechanism of TCM prevention and treatment of endometriosis based on pyroptosis in a deeper and broader dimension,and perfectly combine TCM with modern medicine to provide a theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of endometriosis.
