目的:基于CiteSpace的文献计量学分析,探讨中医脉诊的脉诊研究热点和趋势,为中医脉诊研究提供新思路.方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)进行文献检索,文献发表时间限定为2013 年1 月1 日至2022 年12 月31 日,采用主题词专业检索模式,检索词为"(SU =脉诊 OR SU =切诊 OR SU =脉象 OR SU =脉图)AND SU =中医".用CiteSpace软件统计脉诊相关研究文献的发表时间、核心作者、关键词等内容,并对关键词进行聚类分析,选择浅语义索引算法标记聚类,通过时间线视图展示聚类,并检测高强度突变词.结果:本研究纳入1104 篇文献,近年来,发文量呈上升趋势.通过定量分析,上海中医药大学发文100篇,是发文量最大的研究机构;滕晶发文40 篇是最高产的作者,形成了王忆勤、李福凤、闪增郁、陆小左、滕晶等为代表的五个高产作者合作团队.研究热点结果显示,关键词"脉诊"出现频次最高(228 次),"脉图参数"中心性最高(0.47).结论:脉诊研究机构大部分为内部合作,缺乏外部交流形式,在跨区域合作方面明显不足,研究机构以北京、上海、山东等中国东部沿海地区偏多,大部分为中医药大学,中国中、西部地区分布不足,这可能与医疗、经济水平不均衡有关.研究领域的热点方向为:脉诊智能化研究、脉诊在中医证候与疾病分类中的应用研究、中医脉诊文献研究、脉诊中医教学研究.
Study on the Hotspots and Trends in TCM Pulse Diagnosis According to CiteSpace-based Literature Metrics Analysis
Objective:To explore the hot topics and trends of pulse diagnosis of TCM according to bibliometric analysis based on CiteSpace,and to provide new ideas for the study of pulse diagnosis of TCM.Methods:The related literature was retrieved through CNKI,and the publication time was limited to from January 1,2013 to December 31,2022.The subject heading professional retrieval mode was adopted,and the search word was"(SU = pulse diagnosis OR SU = palpation OR SU = pulse manifestation OR SU = pulse chart)AND SU =traditional Chinese medicine".The publication time,core authors,keywords and other contents of the literature related to pulse diagnosis were statistically analyzed by CiteSpace software,and cluster analysis was performed on the keywords.The shallow se-mantic index algorithm was selected to mark the clusters,and the clusters were displayed through the timeline view,and high-intensity mutant words were detected.Results:This study included 1,104 articles,and the number of articles published showed an increasing trend in recent years.Through quantitative analysis,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published 100 articles,which was the largest research institution with the number of articles published.Teng Jing published 40 articles,which was the most prolific author,and five high-yielding author cooperation teams were formed,represented by Wang Yiqin,Li Fufeng,Shan Zengyu,Lu Xiaozuo,Teng Jing,etc.The results of research hotspots showed that the keyword"pulse diagnosis"had the highest frequency(a total of 228 times),and the keyword"pulse chart parameter"had the highest centrality(0.47).Conclusion:Conclusion:Most of the research insti-tutions of pulse diagnosis are internal cooperation,lack of external communication forms,and are obviously insufficient in cross-regional cooperation.The research institutions mainly in Beijing,Shanghai,Shandong and other eastern coastal areas of China,most of them are universities of TCM,and the distribution in central and western regions of China is insufficient,which may be related to the unbalanced medical and economic levels.The hot spots in the research field are:intelligent research of pulse diagnosis,application research of pulse diagnosis in syndrome and disease classification of TCM,literature research of pulse diagnosis of TCM,and teaching research of pulse diagnosis of TCM.
