疏调平衡针刺法对高血压脑出血术后患者运动功能、焦虑、抑郁及神经功能缺损程度的影响

目的:观察疏调平衡针刺法对高血压脑出血(hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,HICH)术后患者运动功能、焦虑、抑郁及神经功能缺损程度的影响.方法:选取2022 年3 月至2023 年6 月商丘市立医院治疗的HICH术后患者96 例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48 例.对照组给予常规术后康复治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予疏调平衡针刺法治疗.观察两组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)评分、中国脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(china stroke scale,CSS)评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α、C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)变化情况及临床疗效.结果:对照组有效率为77.08%,观察组有效率为95.84%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FMA评分高于对照组,CSS评分、SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、CRP和MDA水平低于对照组,SOD、NO水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:疏调平衡针刺法可有效缓解HICH术后患者焦虑抑郁情绪,改善运动功能、神经功能.
The Influence of Dredging and Regulating for Balance Acupuncture on Motor Function and Anxiety and Depression and Degree of Neurological Deficit in Patients After Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Operation
Objective:To observe the influence of dredging and regulating for balance acupuncture on motor function,anxiety,depression and degree of neurological deficit in patients after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)operation.Methods:A total of 96 pa-tients with HICH after operation in Shangqiu Municipal Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional postoperative rehabil-itation treatment,while the observation group was given dredging and regulating for balance acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The changes in Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score,China Stroke Scale(CSS)score,self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),interleukin(IL)-6,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,C reactive protein(CRP),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO)and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were ob-served.Results:The effective rate of the control group was77.08%,while that of the observation group was95.84%;the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the CSS score,SDS score,and SAS score were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP and MDA in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the levels of SOD and NO were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dredging and regulating for bal-ance acupuncture can effectively relieve anxiety and depression in patients with HICH after operation,and improve motor function and neurological function.
