摘要
"结"是气血与邪气结聚的一种病理状态,"解结"为"疏通郁结,通达经气"之意.原发性痛经由于气血的周期性变化,经期容易感邪,导致冲任气血不畅,邪结于胞宫不得通下而作痛,加之经期气血外溢,平素气血亏虚、肝肾不足者,血气化生不足,易出现虚结.温通针法温煦气血、化寒湿、散瘀血、解邪结,可改变气血郁滞不通的病理状态,使瘀血得祛,郁结得通.常用处方有温经散寒方、疏肝理气方、补益气血方、补益肝肾方等.准确取穴,双手配合是实施针刺手法的先决条件.该针法不仅可以治疗原发性痛经,也适用于因气滞、寒湿、瘀血、痰凝之结闭阻经脉、气血的虚实夹杂类疾病.
Abstract
"Node"is a pathological state in which qi,blood,and pathogenic qi become congested."Resolving the node"means smoot-hing out node and promoting the flow of qi through channels.Primary dysmenorrhea occurs when the cyclical changes in qi and blood make it easy for pathogenic qi to enter during menstruation,leading to obstruction of the conception vessel and thorough vessel and pain in the uterus.Additionally,during menstruation,blood and qi are expelled,and those with a deficiency of qi and blood and insufficiency of the liver and kidneys will have insufficient blood and qi generation,leading to deficient node.Warming-dredging acupuncture can warm and invigorate blood and qi,resolve cold and dampness,disperse blood stasis,dissolve pathological node,and change the patholog-ical state of stagnated qi and blood,so that blood stasis is removed and obstructions are unblocked.Common formulas include the ones for warming the meridians and dispersing cold,dispersing the liver and regulating qi,nourishing qi and blood,and nourishing the liver and kidney.Accurate needle insertion and coordination of both hands are prerequisites for implementing acupuncture techniques.War-ming-dredging acupuncture method can not only treat primary dysmenorrhea,but also be applicable to diseases caused by qi stagnation,cold dampness,blood stasis,and phlegm congestion that obstruct the meridians,mixture of deficiency and excess of qi and blood.
