摘要
人体经络分阴阳,人体枢机亦有阴阳之分,少阳为阳经之枢,以小柴胡汤为主方和解表里;厥阴为阴经之枢,以乌梅丸为主方和解阴阳,可知厥阴具有交通阴阳、维持阴阳协调平衡的作用.肝在经为厥阴,厥阴为"一阴",是"两阴交尽"之处,是三阴之末,六经之极,是交通阴阳的枢纽.肝"体阴而用阳","其体为阴""其用为阳",为"阴阳之枢",同时包含了阴与阳的特性.肝为风木之脏,"阳常有余,阴常不足",肝之阴血易虚,阳用易亢,易于动风化火,与厥阴经"阴尽阳生"的特点相合,故厥阴为阴经之枢,肝为阴阳之枢.
Abstract
The meridians of the human body are divided into yin and yang,and the pivots of the human body are also divided into yin and yang.Lesser yang meridian as a yang pivot is mainly treated with Minor Bupleurum Decoction to reconcile the exterior and interior,while revert yin meridian is mainly treated with Mume Pill to reconcile the yin and yang.It can be inferred that revert yin has the func-tion of communicating yin and yang and maintaining the coordination and balance of yin and yang.The liver located in the meridian is called reverted yin,which is called"one yin".It is the place where"two yin intersect",the end of the three yin,the extreme of the six meridians,and the hub of communication between yin and yang.The liver is substantially yin but functionally yang,with yin substance and yang function,is the"pivot of yin and yang",which includes the features of both yin and yang.The liver is a viscus of wind and wood;"yang is usually redundant while yin is ever deficient".The liver's yin blood is easily deficient,causing the liver's yang to be-come excessive,leading to the tendency to generate wind and fire,which is in line with the characteristics of"yin exhaustion and yang generation"of the reverting meridian.Therefore,the reverting yin liver is the pivot of the yin meridians,and the liver is the pivot of yin and yang.
