摘要
郑福增教授认为,痛风的发病和肝脾肾三脏关系密切,主张从肝脾肾论治,脾虚湿盛、痰瘀互结,肝失疏泄、水湿内聚,肾阳虚衰是其关键病因病机.郑教授将痛风分为急性期、缓解期、并发症期进行辨治.急性期清热祛湿、通络止痛,常用方剂为四妙散、龙胆泻肝汤等;缓解期益气健脾、化湿通利,常用四君子汤、参苓白术散等;并发症期补益肝脾肾,调节气血,利湿泄浊,常用独活寄生汤、金匮肾气丸等.
Abstract
Professor Zheng Fuzeng believes that the incidence of gout is closely related to the liver,spleen,and kidney.He advocates treating gout from the perspective of liver,spleen,and kidney,with spleen deficiency,dampness excess,intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,liver dysfunction,fluid and dampness accumulation,and kidney yang deficiency as the key causes and pathogenesis.Professor Zheng divides gout into acute stage,remission stage,and complication stage for differentiation and treatment.In the acute stage,treat-ment focuses on clearing heat and removing dampness,unblocking collaterals and relieving pain.Commonly used formulas include Won-derfully Effective Four Powder,Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction,etc.In the remission stage,treatment focuses on tonifying qi and acti-vating the spleen,resolving dampness and promoting diuresis,so Four Gentlemen Decoction,Ginseng and Poria and White Atractylodes Powder can be adopted.In the stage of complications,treatment focuses on tonifying the liver,spleen,and kidney,regulating qi and blood,promoting diuresis and relieving turbidity,and commonly used formulas include Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction,Golden Cabinet's Kidney Qi Pill,etc.
