Study on the Medication Rules of Modified True Warrior Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetes Nephropathy
Objective:To systematically summarize the medication rules and characteristics of True Warrior Decoction in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy,so as to provide medication ideas for TCM in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy.Methods:The databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and Wipe Information Chinese Service Platform were searched by computer."Dia-betes Nephropathy and True Warrior Decoction"was used as the search format,and the search time was from the establishment of each database to February 29,2024.Excel was used to input the Modified formulas of True Warrior Decoction for the treatment of diabetes nephropathy,and Excel statistical software was used to conduct descriptive analysis on the data.The Rstudio 4.3.2 software package was used for association rule analysis.Results:A total of 44 clinical trial studies,77 formulas,and 96 types of Chinese medicinals were included.The top 10 Chinese medicinals with cumulative frequency rankings include Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Fuling(Poria),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata),Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Huangqi(Radix Scutellariae),Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi).The total frequency of drug taste is,1 354 times,mainly consisting of pungent,sweet,and bitter,with a cumulative proportion of 83.38%.The total frequency of drug properties is 858 times,mainly warm,calm,and cold,accounting for a cu-mulativeproportionof89.03%.The total frequency of meridian tropism is2 369 times,mainly involving the spleen,lung,and heart,with a cumulative proportion of 54.67%.A systematic clustering analysis on Chinese medicinals with cumulative frequency of medica-tion≥7 times was performed,and finally 4 categories were obtained.A correlation analysis on drugs was conducted,setting the mini-mum support to 0.5 and the minimum confidence to 0.9 for screening,and finally 98 association rules were obtained.Ranking them ac-cording to the size of confidence,the drugs with strong correlation among many association rules include Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Re-cens),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Fuling(Poria).Conclusion:In the clinical application of True Warrior Decoction in the treat-ment of diabetes nephropathy,attention should be paid to syndrome differentiation and treatment.The drugs for promoting diuresis and draining dampness,tonifying,warming the interior,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are high-frequency ones.
