摘要
张锡纯推崇"少阳为游部",以《黄帝内经》的少阳经原文和《伤寒论》少阳传经次序为基准,论证"少阳为游部"在生理上为三阳经之枢纽,在病理上承接经络脏腑间的联系.张锡纯认为,少阳本经分为手足二部而为一经,但其"部"不在一处,游行无定,且少阳位次介于太阳、阳明之间,但其传经次序为太阳、阳明及少阳.张锡纯在治疗三阳经病变时,多投以小柴胡汤及其类方,小柴胡汤虽为少阳经主方,但少阳介于太阳、阳明,又与厥阴肝胆相连,三阳经病变都有小柴胡证,用药兼顾三经,可为伤寒病、疟疾的治疗提供思路.
Abstract
Zhang Xichun advocates"lesser yang being the travelling part",Based on the original text of lesser yang meridians in Huang-di's Internal Classic and the order of lesser yang transmission in Treatise on Cold Damage Damages,he argues that"lesser yang being the travelling part"is the hub of the three yang meridians in physiology and connects the meridians and organs in pathology.Zhang Xi-chun believes that the original lesser yang is divided into two parts:hands and feet,which are considered as one meridian.However,the"parts"are not located in the same place,and the procession is unpredictable.The position of lesser yang is between greater yang and yang brightness,but its transmission order is greater yang-yang brightness-lesser yang.When treating lesions in the three yang meridi-ans,Zhang Xichun often uses Minor Bupleurum Decoction and its modified formulas.Although Minor Bupleurum Decoction is the main formula of lesser yang meridians,lesser yang is located between greater yang and yang brightness,and connected to the liver of the re-verting yin and gallbladder.All lesions in the three yang meridians have syndrome of Minor Bupleurum Decoction,so medication should take into account the three meridians,providing ideas for the treatment of typhoid fever and malaria.
