摘要
《伤寒论》中小柴胡汤多用于治疗少阳经病,历来医家多以足少阳胆经病来阐释.曹颖甫先生在揣摩经典及临床实践后,著《伤寒发微》并提出小柴胡汤证属少阳三焦病,并从水液代谢角度阐明三焦主津液布散运化,正合少阳为一身枢纽、司气机开阖之功,不仅扩展临床少阳病的探索范围,同时解释了小柴胡汤应用广泛的深层原因.
Abstract
In the book Treatise on Cold Damage,Minor Bupleurum Decoction is mostly used for lesser yang meridian diseases,and medi-cal experts in the past time have always explained it based on lesser yang and gallbladder meridian diseases.After studying classics and clinical practice,Cao Yingfu,a medical practitioner of the Republic of China's School of Prescription Practice,wrote Elaboration on the Subtleties of the"Treatise on Cold Damage",and proposed that the syndrome of Minor Bupleurum Decoction belongs to lesser yang triple energizer disease.He also explained that from the perspective of fluid metabolism that the triple energizer is responsible for the distribu-tion and circulation of body fluids,which is in line with lesser yang as a hub for regulating the opening and closing of qi.This not only expands the exploration scope of clinical lesser yang diseases,but also explains the deep reasons for the widespread application of Minor Bupleurum Decoction.
