健脾活血利水方联合异甘草酸镁治疗失代偿期肝硬化临床研究

目的:观察健脾活血利水方联合异甘草酸镁治疗失代偿期肝硬化的临床疗效.方法:将184 例失代偿期肝硬化患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各92 例.对照组在常规对症及保肝治疗治疗的基础上给予异甘草酸镁注射剂,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予健脾活血利水方治疗.比较两组患者生活质量评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,检测两组患者治疗前后血清丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)及天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartateaminotransferase,AST)水平.结果:试验组情感功能、系统症状、腹部症状等评分高于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后ALT及AST低于本组治疗前,且治疗后试验组低于对照组(P<0.05).对照组有效率为80.43%,试验组有效率为 96.74%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:健脾活血利水方联合异甘草酸镁治疗失代偿期肝硬化,临床疗效确切,可提高患者的生活质量,改善其肝功能.
Clinical Study on the Combination of Decoction for Tonifying the Spleen and Promoting Activating Blood Circulation and Inducing Diuresis and Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in the Treatment of Decompensated Cirrhosis
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Decoction for Tonifying the Spleen and Promoting Activating Blood Circulation and Inducing Diuresis combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate on decompensated cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 184 patients with decompensated cirrhosis were selected as the research and trial subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the experimen-tal group according to the random number table method,with 92 cases in each group.The control group received conventional symptom-atic and liver-protective treatment,while the experimental group added Decoction for Tonifying the Spleen and Promoting Activating Blood Circulation and Inducing Diuresis on the basis of the control group.The quality of life scores,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the levels of serum alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)before and after treatment were detected.Results:The scores of emotional function,system symptoms,abdominal symptoms,etc.in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the control group was 80.43%,while that in the experimental group was 96.74%,and the difference be-tween the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Tonifying the Spleen and Promoting Activating Blood Circulation and In-ducing Diuresis combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of decompensated cirrhosis has proven to be effective in clinical practice,which can improve the quality of life of patients and their liver function.
