冲脉参与心肺主导下的血气循环浅析

摘要
冲脉分布较广,从头至足,十二经气血生成后均逐步汇合于此,为气血汇集之要处.此脉血流较快,脉道粗大,符合"冲"字之本义,为大血脉.宗气上走息道,助肺呼吸,同时贯心脉,其功能正常则心血通畅.先天之真气、后天之宗气经冲脉与胃相协同,分布于各脏腑经络,冲脉伴胃经气冲穴上行,至胸中而散,血气运行不离心肺,参与心肺主导下的血气循环.高血压、血液系统疾病、生殖系统疾病、神经系统疾病等均可依据"冲脉参与心肺主导下的血气循环"理论进行辨治.
Abstract
Thoroughfare vessel(TV)is distributed widely,from head to foot,and the qi and blood generated by the twelve meridians gradually converge here,making it a crucial place for the gathering of qi and blood.This vessel has a faster blood flow and a larger blood vessel,which fits the original meaning of the"Chong"character,making it a major blood vessel.Ancestral qi travels through the respira-tory tract,aiding in lung breathing while also penetrating the heart meridian.If its function is normal,the heart blood flow will be unob-structed.The innate genuine qi and the acquired ancestral qi are coordinated with the stomach meridian through TV,distributed in vari-ous organs and meridians.TV,accompanied by Qichong(ST 30)of the stomach meridian,flows upwards to the chest and disperses.The blood-qi circulation needs the heart and lung,and TV participates in blood-qi circulation under the leadership of the heart and lung.Hy-pertension,blood system diseases,reproductive system diseases,nervous system diseases,etc.can all be treated based on the principle of"the involvement of TV in blood-qi circulation under the dominance of the heart and lung".
