The Influence of Decoction for Reinforcing the Healthy and Strengthening the Base on the Biochemical Indicators of Bile and Liver Function in Patients After Cholecystectomy for Common Bile Duct Stones
Objective:To observe the influence of Decoction for Reinforcing the Healthy and Strengthening the Base on the biochemical indicators of bile and liver function in patients after cholecystectomy for common bile duct stones.Methods:A total of 134 patients who underwent common bile duct exploration and stone removal surgery from September 2019 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 67 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine treatment after surgery,while the observation group received treatment with Decoction for Reinforcing the Healthy and Strengthening the Base.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and the changes in TCM syndrome scores,liver function indicators[including alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)],and bile biochemical indicators[including total bilirubin(TBIL),total bile acid(TBA)]before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:The TCM syndrome scores,such as fever,abdominal pain,and jaundice in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indicators were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the AST,ALT,and γ-GT levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the ob-servation group's above levels were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the TBA of the two groups was higher thanthat before treatment,while the TBILwas lower thanthat before treatment,andall the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Decoction for Reinforcing the Healthy and Strengthening the Base in the treatment of common bile duct stones can significantly improve clinical efficacy,improve liver function and bile biochemical indicators in patients,and reduce adverse reactions.
