Clinical Efficacy Observation of Fire Dragon Cupping Therapy on Postoperative Urinary Retention with Spleen Deficiency and Qi Sinking Syndrome After Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire dragon cupping therapy on postoperative urinary retention with spleen defi-ciency and qi sinking syndrome after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods:A total of 72 patients with postoperative urinary retention and spleen deficiency and qi sinking syndrome after mixed hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the test group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the test group received fire dragon cupping therapy. The first urination time, residual bladder urine volume after first urination, urination symptoms and signs scores, and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The first urination time and residual bladder urine volume after the first u-rination in the test group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The urination symptoms and signs scores in the test group were better than those in the control group both after the first treatment and at the end of treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate was 83.3%in the control group and 97.2%in the test group, with the test group showing a significantly higher effective rate than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire dragon cupping therapy is effective in treating postoperative urinary retention with spleen deficiency and qi sinking syndrome after mixed hemorrhoid surgery, significantly improving urination symptoms and signs, and promoting the recovery of autonomous urination in patients.
