The Effects of Bone Injury Recovery Decoction Combined with Hip Replacement Surgery on Hemorheology and Bone Metabolism Indicators in Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures
Objective:To observe the effects of Bone Injury Recovery Decoction combined with hip replacement surgery on hemorheology and bone metabolism indicators in patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods:A total of 75 patients with femoral neck fractures were divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)using an odd-even method. The control group received hip replacement surgery and routine postoperative treatment, while the observation group was treated with Bone Injury Recovery Decoc-tion in addition to the treatment received by the control group. The Changes in inflammatory factors[including interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],hemorheology indicators, bone metabolism indicators, and hip joint function scores were com-pared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, and whole blood low shear viscosity were significantly lower in both groups compared to their respective pretreatment levels, with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).Serum osteocalcin and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase levels increased, while tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-5b levels decreased in both groups after treat-ment.Statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Harris scores for hip func-tion were higher in both groups after treatment, with the observation group showing significantly higher scores than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone Injury Recovery Decoction combined with hip replacement sur-gery can reduce postoperative inflammatory status, improve hemorheology and bone metabolism, and promote functional recovery in pa-tients with femoral neck fractures.
