Clinical Study on the Treatment of Menstrual Headache with Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder on menstrual headache.Methods:A total of 80 patients with menstrual headache were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine massage therapy,while the study group was treated with Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder in addition to routine massage therapy.Clinical efficacy,symptom scores,and comfort level scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Post-treatment symptom scores were lower in both groups compared to their pre-treatment scores,with the study group showing significantly lower scores than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was85.00%in the study group and 72.50%in the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Post-treatment comfort scores were also higher in both groups,with the study group scoring higher than those of the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder demonstrates significant efficacy in treating menstrual headache,which al-leviates clinical symptoms,and enhances patient's comfort.
