基于"风升生"理论探讨风药治疗冠心病

摘要
对于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的病机,各医家认识不同,有医家从瘀立论,认为冠心病病机为心血瘀阻,血脉不通,应治以活血化瘀;有医家从气立论,认为冠心病的核心病机为气机失调,治疗应重在调气;有医家从湿立论,认为湿邪是冠心病发病的重要因素,治应温阳利湿;有医家从风立论,认为内外风客于心脉导致心脉痹阻是冠心病重要病机,可从风论治.风药质轻味薄,药性升发宣散,可助脾升清、运化,宣发肺气、提壶揭盖,调畅气机,协肾气化,治疗冠心病时在主药的基础上适当配伍风药可协助增效,发挥四两拨千斤之功.
Abstract
Regarding the pathogenesis of coronary artery disease(CAD),various perspectives exist among TCM practitioners.Some em-phasize blood stasis as the core mechanism,advocating for invigorating blood circulation and removing stasis.Others highlight qi stagna-tion,asserting that CAD stems from disrupted qi dynamics,necessitating qi regulation as the primary treatment.Some view dampness as a pivotal factor,advocating for warming yang and eliminating dampness.Meanwhile,others propose a wind-based perspective,suggesting that internal and external wind invading the heart meridian causes obstruction,making wind therapy an essential approach to treatment.Wind-medicinals,characterized by their light and dispersing nature,possess upward-moving and ventilating properties.They aid in uplif-ting spleen yang to clear turbidity,promoting lung qi dissemination,invigorating liver and gallbladder qi to regulate the qi movement,and assisting kidney transformation to elevate essence.In treating CAD,the strategic addition of wind-medicinals to primary drugs can en-hance therapeutic efficacy,embodying the principle of achieving significant results with minimal intervention.
