马红学运用芪术濡肠饮治疗老年性便秘经验

摘要
马红学主任医师认为,老年性便秘的主要病机为气阴两虚,与脾、肺、肾相关,气虚使肠道传导无力、津液亏损使肠道失于滋养,粪便不行、壅堵于肠间导致便秘.马教授以傅山先生的"濡肠饮"为底方,加以枳术丸、增液汤化裁,自拟经验方"芪术濡肠饮"益气滋阴、润肠通便,治疗气阴两虚型老年性便秘.
Abstract
Chief physician Ma Hongxue believes that the primary pathogenesis of senile constipation is qi-yin deficiency,which is related to the spleen,lung,and kidney.Qi deficiency leads to impaired intestinal motility,while the depletion of body fluids causes inadequate nourishment of the intestines.This results in constipation due to the stagnation of stool in the intestines.Based on Fu Shan's Decoction for Stimulating the Peristalsis of the Intestines,he adds Immature Bitter Orange and Atractylodes Macrocephala Pill and Fluid-Increasing Decoction to create Radix Scutellariae and Atractylodes Macrocephala Decoction for Stimulating the Peristalsis of the Intestines.This for-mulation aims to tonify qi,nourish yin,moisten the intestines,and promote bowel movements,specifically targeting the qi-yin deficiency type of senile constipation.
