Clinical Study on the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Ginseng and Astragalus and Rehmannia Decoction Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ginseng and Astragalus and Rehmannia Decoction combined with Sacubitril Val-sartan Sodium Tablets on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:A total of 102 DN patients admitted to Henan Electric Power Hospital between January 2022 and June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 51 ca-ses in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group was additionally treated with Ginseng and Astragalus and Rehmannia Decoction. The changes in total TCM symptom scores, fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG),serum cystatin C(Cys-C),and retinol binding protein(RBP)levels,as well as clinical efficacy and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed. Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 86.27%,significantly higher than 68.63%in the control group, with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the total TCM symptom scores in the obser-vation group were lower than those of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05);FBG and 2 h PBG levels in the obser-vation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05);Serum Cys-C and RBP lev-els in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).However,no significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Gin-seng and Astragalus and Rehmannia Decoction and Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy in the treat-ment of DN,alleviate TCM symptoms, effectively regulate blood glucose levels, and improve renal function.
