我国的高师教育实习改革面临困境,走出困境的最佳选择为资源整合,我们要对高师院校与中小学的资源、高师院校之间的资源、高师院校内部资源、国家政策资源进行整合,使它们发挥更大的作用,服务于我国的高师教育实习.
