摘要
铁路货车作为承载着大量货物的关键工具,连接着各个城市,推动着社会经济的不断繁荣.阐述了铁路货车的检修过程与质量控制方法,分析了标准化控制检修作业和规范化质量检验在质量控制中的重要性,提出了完善检修质量职责和建立质量互控预警系统的策略,以实现全面质量管理.
Abstract
As a key tool carrying a large number of goods,railway wagons connect various cities and promote the continuous prosperity of social economy.This paper expounds the maintenance process and quality control method of railway wagons,analyzes the importance of standardized maintenance operation and standardized quality inspection in quality control,and puts forward the strategy of perfecting mainte-nance quality responsibility and establishing quality mutual control early warning system to achieve total quality management.
