摘要

国有企业在贯彻新发展理念中发挥着"排头兵""主力军"的重要作用,在产业工人队伍建设中发挥着示范引领作用.国有企业工会作为企业与职工之间的纽带和桥梁,在工作中坚持党建引领、上下联动、多点发力.分析了国有企业工会工作存在的问题,阐述了新形势下工会工作的具体举措.

Abstract

State-owned enterprises play an important role of"vanguard"and"main force"in imple-menting the new development concept,and play a leading role in the construction of industrial workers.As the link and bridge between enterprises and employees,trade unions in state-owned enterprises adhere to the guidance of party building,upper and lower linkage,and multiple efforts in their work.This paper an-alyzes the existing problems of trade union work in state-owned enterprises,and expounds the concrete measures of trade union work under the new situation.
