摘要
铁路货车制动装置是确保列车安全运行的重要部件,其检修质量直接影响到铁路货车的运行效率和安全性.分析了铁路货车制动装置检修过程中常见问题,阐述了铁路货车制动装置检修原则,提出了坚持质量第一、以状态检修为主、规范化原则、零部件质量控制和检修自动化等提高制动装置检修质量的策略.
Abstract
The brake device of a railway freight car is an important part to ensure the safe operation of the train,and its maintenance quality directly affects the operation efficiency and safety of the railway freight car.This paper analyzes the common problems in the maintenance process of brake devices of rail-way freight cars,expounds the maintenance principles of brake devices of railway freight cars,and puts forward some strategies to improve the maintenance quality of brake devices of railway freight cars,such as adhering to quality first,taking condition maintenance as the main task,standardization principle,parts quality control and maintenance automation.
