The Expression of Th17 Cells Activation and Proliferation Related Factors in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Blood-heat Syndrome of Psoriasis Vulgaris
Objective To explore the role of Th17 cell activation and proliferation related factors in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat syndrome and material foundation as well as dialectical basis of blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 12 patients with blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled from our hospital dermatology clinic, and 11 cases of healthy individuals as normal control. The expression level of Th17 cells activation related factor HLA-DR,proliferation factor Ki-67 in peripheral blood of patients with blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris and healthy subjects were examined by multicolor flow cytometry. Results Thelevel of Th17 cells activated factor HLA-DR in peripheral blood of patients was high expression compared with control group (11.686%± 4.799% vs 8.016%± 2.334%,P<0.05),the expression of proliferation factor Ki-67 was also increased compared to control group (8.727%± 3.854% vs 5.665%± 2.251%,P<0.05).But the activation factor HLA-DR,proliferation factor Ki-67 and psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score did not show correlations (r1=0.021,r2=0.098,P>0.05).Conclusion The high expression of Thl7 cell activation factor HLA-DR and proliferation factor Ki-67 in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis of blood-heat syndrome, indicates theperipheral blood of patients with psoriasis of blood-heat syndrome-Th17 cells were at a high state of activation and proliferation. Both HLA-DR and Ki-67 may indirectly involved in the pathogenesis process of psoriasis of blood-heat syndrome. They are probably novel material foundations and dialectical basis of blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis.
