Cultivating goals and paths of professional talent for TCM discipline in the new era
The cultivation of professional talent for TCM discipline has long neglected TCM thinking.Knowledge has been emphasized rather than culture,which leads to inadequate application of TCM thinking,classic theory,formula and Chinese medicines by TCM practitioners in clinical diagnosis and treatment.To sum up,the unique advantages of TCM urgently need to be strengthened.The revival of Chinese culture in the new era has already become a trend,providing new opportunities and requirements for cultivating professional talent in TCM discipline.Taking talent cultivation as the starting point is the key to solving the core bottleneck problems affecting the development of TCM,comprehensively creating a good ecological environment for TCM,and cultivating a group of academics and experts in the TCM industry who are worthy of the great task of the times.Following the inherent laws of TCM and adhering to the principle of Marxist problem-oriented worldview and methodology,this paper proposes the goals and paths for cultivating professional talent in TCM discipline in the new era,and analyzes the faced problems.In the context of the new era,the cultivation of TCM professionals can be implemented by strengthening the reform of teaching TCM classics,optimizing the cultivation of grassroots TCM clinical talent,vigorously promoting the cultivation of outstanding and compound talent,and building a number of highlands for the cultivation of professional talent in TCM discipline.
