摘要
阐述刘丽芳教授在临床上运用温阳活血法治疗哺乳期乳头雷诺病的经验.刘丽芳教授认为乳头雷诺病可归属为中医学的"乳头痹证"等范畴,阳虚寒凝、气滞血瘀为其基本病机.以温阳益气、活血通络为主要治法,用药上予以黄芪桂枝五物汤合当归四逆汤进行临证加减,临床疗效颇佳.
Abstract
This article focuses on Professor LIU Lifang's clinical experience in treating Raynaud's disease of nipple during lactation by warming yang and circulating blood.Professor LIU believes that Raynaud's disease of nipple belongs to the category of"nipple impediment disorders"in TCM,with yang deficiency,cold retention,qi stagnation,and blood stasis as its basic pathogenesis,and can be treated mainly by warming yang,supplementing qi,circulating blood,and unblocking collaterals.In terms of medication,modified combination of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Deoction and Danggui Sini Decoction based on pattern identification can be applied with excellent clinical efficacy.
