Objective To construct and preliminarily apply the quality evaluation indicator system for medical and nursing service institutions based on the theory of"structure-process-result".Methods Based on literature research,group discussion,Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation indicator system and the weights of each indicator were determined,and then the indicator system was applied to conducting on-site evaluations of three medical and nursing service institutions in Changsha.Results A total of two rounds of expert consultation were conducted,of which the expert authority coefficients were 0.915 and 0.927,respectively,and the coordination coefficients were 0.211 and 0.164,respectively.Finally,three first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 53 third-level indicators were determined.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the evaluation indicator system was 0.786,and the average content validity index was 0.862.Accordingly,the preliminary survey conducted in the three medical and nursing service institutions achieved a good result.Conclusion The quality evaluation indicator system for medical and nursing service institutions has good reliability and validity.Moreover,the constructed indicators are scientific,reasonable,and highly practical,which can effectively evaluate the quality of medical and nursing service institutions and identify problems.
