Construction of core literacy index system for nursing undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities
Objective To construct the core literacy index system for nursing undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities.Methods Through interviews,expert consultation,and other empirical research methods,the framework of core literacy evaluation index system for nursing undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities was preliminarily formulated.Then the final index weight was determined by two rounds of questionnaires and data analysis.Results The core literacy index system and the weight of each index of nursing undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities were constructed,covering five first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 44 third-level indicators.Conclusion The constructed core literacy index system is conducive to the cultivation of the core literacy of nursing undergraduates as well as the teaching reform of undergraduate courses in TCM colleges and universities,and has important practical significance for improving the quality of nursing professionals training in TCM colleges and universities as well as the development of Chinese medicine.
