黄褐斑是面部获得性色素性疾病,属于中医学"黧黑斑"范畴.席建元教授诊治黄褐斑临床经验丰富,疗效满意.席建元教授认为黄褐斑的病机为阳明脉衰,初起以气血亏虚为主,病久可损及肾精阴血津液,故以阴血亏虚型多见;治疗上当以滋阴补血、活血养颜为要,通过口服养颜玉肌膏、外敷珍珠四白散面膜和穴位注射复方当归注射液三法合用,以三管齐下;同时重视情志调摄,从而淡化或消除色斑.
Professor XI Jianyuan's experience in treating melasma of yin and blood deficiency pattern by a combination of three methods
Melasma is an acquired facial pigmentary disease that belongs to the category of"blackish facial patch"in Chinese medicine.Professor XI Jianyuan has rich clinical experience in diagnosing and treating melasma,which has achieved satisfied curative effects.He believes that the pathogenesis of melasma is the decline of Yangming meridians.In the early stage,it is mainly caused by qi and blood deficiency,which can damage the kidney essence,yin blood,and body fluids over time.Therefore,yin and blood deficiency pattern is more common.In terms of treatment,Professor XI focuses on nourishing yin and tonifying blood,circulating blood and beautifying the skin,and works along three lines by combination of three methods,namely,oral administration of Yanyuji Ointment,external application of Zhenzhu Sibai Powder Mask,and acupoint injection of Fufang Danggui Injection.Meanwhile,he also pays attention to emotional adjustment,so as to lighten or eliminate pigmentation.
