The comprehensive implementation of the director responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee is not only the fundamental guarantee,but also the inevitable requirement and directional guidance for the reform and development of public Chinese medicine hospitals in the new era.To fully implement the director responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee,public Chinese medicine hospitals should strengthen theoretical understanding and gather ideological consensus;improve institutional mechanisms and clarify the boundaries of deliberation and decision-making;standardize the articles of association and strengthen the guarantee for the implementation;optimize the performance evaluation system for leaders and make overall plans for the leadership team and team-building;strengthen the construction of grass-roots Party organizations and improve grass-roots Party building.
