Blended teaching practice of oral histopathology guided by job competency
Objective To explore the application effects of blended teaching on oral histopathology guided by job competency.Methods The Medical Stomatology Class 1 and Class 2 of grade 2019 in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were set as the control group with traditional teaching mode.The Medical Stomatology Class 1 and Class 2 of grade 2020 were set as the experimental group with a blended teaching mode.Teaching evaluation was conducted through student questionnaire surveys and test scores.Results The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group students was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction on various survey items in the blended teaching of oral histopathology was high.In addition,the experimental group students showed significant improvement in their daily scores,experimental scores,final scores,and comprehensive scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching of oral histopathology guided by job competency has cultivated students'self-learning and lifelong learning abilities,enhanced their classroom participation and immersive experience,improved their comprehensive quality,and promoted their comprehensive development.
