Clinical research progress of acupuncture combined with balloon dilatation in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia
Acupuncture has a long history in the treatment of post-stroke dysphygia(PSD),with the characteristics of convenient operation and significant efficacy.Comprehensive treatment centered on acupuncture are playing an increasingly important role in the prevention and treatment of PSD.By reviewing recent literature on acupuncture combined with balloon dilatation(ACBD)treating PSD,this paper summarizes the related pathogenesis of PSD and the common acupoint selection used in different acupuncture treatments.Additionally,it discusses the current research status of ACBD in the treatment of PSD from the aspects of therapeutic effects and complication reduction,providing a reference for elucidating the intervention effects of ACBD on PSD and offering reliable innovative treatment ideas for clinical practice.
