This paper does research on the preparation specification and application conditions of master minimum equipment list(MMEL)home and abroad by analyzing the difference of military trainer,military fighter and civil aircraft.This paper also explores the principle for determination of items,logical decision procedure relationship and restrictive condition of MMEL for military trainer,and formulates the MMEL preparation method applicable to military trainer,which can provide reference for enhancement of utilization coefficient and training effectiveness of military trainer.
