摘要

以某型FADEC控制涡扇发动机为研究对象,结合科研实践和相关文献,分析了半物理模拟试验系统建设的必要性.分析了发动机控制系统架构及试验需求,介绍了半物理模拟试验系统的总体设计思路及方案,并对转速源系统、传动系统、负载模拟系统等各组成分系统进行了设计.

Abstract

Aiming to a certain type of FADEC-controlled turbo-fan engine as the research object,in combi-nation with the scientific research practice and relevant reference literature,this paper analyses the necessity for construction of semi-physical simulation test system as well as the demand for the architecture and test of engine control system;it also introduces the general design thought and scheme of semi-physical simulation test system and proposes the designs on rotation speed source system,transmission system and load simulation system and so on.
