This paper presents a design concept of full digital quantity transfer assembly for the parts/components of the whole aircraft for the purpose of improving the efficiency of aircraft structure production and assembly.Digital quantity transfer technology is used to conduct the interchangeability design of flight vehicle cabin sections,the fine finite element simulation technology is applied to analyze the load-bearing performance of structural assembly details,and the feasibility of digital quantity transfer technology in the main load-bearing structural assembly design is verified.Connection,static and durable vibration engineering tests were carried out on the flight vehicle cabin sections using digital quantity transfer technology,verifying the applicability of digital quantity transfer technology in the assembly design of parts/components of the whole aircraft and solving the assembly technology bottleneck problem faced by large-scale rapid response production of flight vehicle.
