摘要

复合材料使用过程中难免受到冲击从而产生损伤,且外观难以发现,损伤的主要形式有基体裂纹、纤维断裂以及层间分层.其中,层间分层损伤和基体开裂是最常见也是最危险的破坏形式.本文使用了有限元软件分析研究复合材料层合板的冲击损伤过程,并对结果进行了可视化处理.

Abstract

It's hard for composite material to avoid being damaged due to impact during its use and the damage is also hard to be discovered by appearance of composite material.Main forms of damages include matrix crack,fiber breakage and inter-layer stratification.Among them,inter-layer stratification and matrix crack are most common and most dangerous forms of damages.This paper analyses and researches the pro-cess of damage of composite layer plate by impact with finite element software and expounds visualized pro-cessing of the result.
