摘要

为提前发现多余度电传飞行控制系统潜在故障,三代机、四代机普遍采用了 BIT技术,在飞行前检测飞行控制系统各部件的完好性.本文对飞控系统BIT测试内容、设计方法和影响设计门限的多种因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的PBIT测试优化策略.

Abstract

In order to detect potential faults of the redundant fly-by-wire flight control system in advance,BIT technology is commonly adopted in third and fourth generation aircraft to test the integrity of components of flight control system before flight.This article analyzes the content,design methods,and various factors that affecting the design threshold of flight control system BIT testing,and proposes corresponding PBIT testing optimization strategies.
