摘要

国军标中"按故障率和设计特性的维修性分配方法"未涵盖每一个维修工序,且设备故障率相差较大时,分配结果和实际情况偏离严重.本文提出基于故障率和维修工序的维修性分配方法,以弥补国军标分配方法的不足.理论分析和算例比较证明该方法合理可行.

Abstract

The"Maintainability Allocation Based on Failure Rate and Design Characteristics"in the national military standard does not cover every maintenance process,and the allocation results deviate significantly from the actual situation when the equipment failure rate differs significantly.This article proposes a maintainability allocation method based on failure rate and maintenance process to compensate for the shortcomings of the allocation method in the national military standard.Theoretical analysis and comparative examples demonstrate that this method is reasonable and feasible.
