摘要

某型飞机液压导管破裂失效分析表明,导管表面损伤造成导管疲劳开裂,属于制造缺陷.本文就液压导管制造过程表面质量控制开展研究,从原材料、工艺方法、过程控制、检验验收等多方面分析研究表面质量影响因素,并采取相应预防措施提高导管表面质量.

Abstract

The failure analysis of hydraulic pipe rupture of a certain type of aircraft shows that the fatigue cracking of the pipe is caused by the surface damage of the pipe,which belongs to manufacturing defects.This paper studies the surface quality control of hydraulic pipes in the manufacturing process,analyzes the influencing factors of surface quality from various aspects such as raw materials,process methods,process control,inspection and acceptance,and takes corresponding preventive measures to improve the surface quality of pipes.
